About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and target-driven Institutional Sales Manager to develop and manage B2B and institutional sales channels for a reputed, heritage-rich jewellery brand with a strong market presence in East India.
This role requires expertise in driving sales growth, executing market expansion strategies, building strong corporate and government client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- You will manage the complete institutional sales process, from identifying opportunities and generating leads to closing deals and ensuring smooth delivery of commitments.
- This includes onboarding corporate and government clients, preparing and managing tender submissions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery.
- You will work closely with senior management to support revenue goals, ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Your responsibilities will also include conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity, and recommending strategies to strengthen the brand's position in the institutional sales segment.
- You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in institutional or B2B sales, preferably with experience in the jewellery, bullion, or luxury goods sector.
- Proven ability to manage tenders, negotiate contracts, and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. An MBA/PGDM is preferred, along with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment while upholding the highest brand standards.
