
Manager Inside Sales
Team size: Will lead a team of 10+ people.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Inside Sales Team/ Process & Operations effectively. Setting and tracking sales targets for the team.
- Own complete P&L of the tele sales vertical and formulate a data-driven strategy for growth of the business.
- Design the inside sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to achieve these goals for your teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Ownership of business marketing or revenue marketing for the company.
- Being pivot between marketing, sales, product, tech and CEO to drive the functional agenda.
- Must be a customer acquisition, conversion, and retention expert. Oversee planning and execution of customer acquisition, retention and conversion efforts, across all channels.
- Identify, develop, and implement cohesive messaging and branding for all LOBs and drive B2B marketing strategies.
- Lead company participation in national and international events and conferences.
- Lead and strategize marketing for channels and tech alliance partners.
- Work with internal teams, agencies, product and Tech team to deliver perfect marketing campaigns, landing pages, and other tangible deliverables.
- Lead activities to drive revenue for sales team and targets for Demand generation team.
- Ownership of business marketing or revenue marketing for the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience owning pipeline growth for a B2B SaaS company.
- P&L ownership with excellent leadership & team management skill.
- Experience creating enterprise case studies, white papers, and client stories is preferred.
