Key Responsibilities: - Lead Industrial Relations for the field force across Pan India. - Build strong engagement with unions, employee representatives, and labor authorities. - Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulatory guidelines. - Manage disciplinary actions, grievance redressal, and dispute resolution. - Represent the company in statutory proceedings and labor forums. - Monitor labor trends, risks, and regional IR dynamics. - Partner with business and HR leadership to drive consistent IR practices nationwide. Profile Requirements: - Postgraduate in HR/IR (MSW, MBA-HR, LLB preferred). - 6+ experience in Industrial Relations, preferably in pharma, FMCG, or field-intensive industries. - Deep understanding of labor laws and unionized environments. - Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and compliance skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across zones.
