Role Overview :

As a Manager of Industrial and Employee Relations based in Delhi NCR, you will serve as the primary architect of our organizational culture and labor compliance framework. In this role, you will navigate the complexities of labor legislation while fostering a harmonious work environment that balances the needs of the workforce with business objectives.

You will work closely with plant leadership, legal counsel, and cross-functional HR teams to mitigate operational risks and resolve grievances proactively. By maintaining seamless relations with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies, you will directly influence employee morale, operational continuity, and the companys reputation as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of robust Industrial Relations policies to ensure 100% compliance with state and central labor laws, thereby safeguarding the organization against legal liabilities.

- Facilitate constructive dialogue with trade unions and employee representatives to negotiate settlements and maintain a stable, productive shop-floor environment.

- Manage end-to-end grievance redressal processes for employees, ensuring timely and fair resolutions that uphold company values and minimize attrition.

- Conduct regular audits of labor practices and documentation to ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal governance standards.

- Partner with site leadership to drive employee engagement initiatives that bridge the gap between management and staff, fostering a culture of transparency and mutual trust.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in interpreting and applying complex labor laws, including the Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, and various state-specific labor regulations.

- Exhibit exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities, capable of de-escalating high-pressure situations with tact and professional maturity.

- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, allowing you to build credibility with diverse groups ranging from factory workers to senior executive leadership.

- Hold a Masters degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations from a premier institute, providing a solid theoretical foundation for practical application.

- Adapt seamlessly to an on-site work environment, maintaining a visible presence on the shop floor to effectively monitor and address employee relations issues in real-time.
