Job Profile:


- To generate leads from given database & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.


- Create channel partner network


- To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.


- To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.


- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.


- To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.


- Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.


- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target.


- Ready for Industrial FIELD SALES. 100% Travel (B2B). Regular visits to MSMEs, SMEs, Auto ancillaries and process industries.


- Develop business for IIoT solutions


- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions.


- Acquire in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.


- Collaborate with customers to develop tailored solutions and deliver persuasive sales presentations.


- Manage customer relationships, provide ongoing support, and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.


- Management of key customer accounts and ensure smooth and efficient sales order fulfillment and timely receipt of payments.


- Prepare sales promotion plans and monitor competitor activities.


- Sales Pipeline Management including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.


- Prepare responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) with accurate technical information and pricing.


- Negotiation with customer for closure of sales.


- Co-ordinate with the internal pre-sales team for technical and commercial offer preparations as per the customer needs.


- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, pricing strategies, and market positioning based on technical insights and market feedback.
