
Role Overview:
The HR Manager will lead the organization's talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, and people development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in international recruitment, particularly UAE hiring, employee compliance, HR operations, and building a performance-driven culture.
The role requires a strategic HR professional who can partner with business leaders while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to local employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment.
- Develop hiring strategies for sales, leadership, marketing, operations, and corporate functions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment portals, executive search firms, referrals, and social media.
- Manage specific recruitment including local and overseas hiring.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines for future business expansion.
- Develop employer branding initiatives.
Recruitment:
- Thorough understanding of recruitment practices.
- Coordinate visa documentation and onboarding with PROs and government service providers.
- Knowledge of employment contracts and hiring procedures.
- Work with recruitment partners and local agencies.
- Ensure smooth relocation and joining experience for international employees.

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
