Role Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager - Talent Acquisition with 8-10 years of experience to drive hiring for key roles across Wealth functions.

- The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing multiple mandates, excellent sourcing skills, headhunting and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Requirements:

- 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience

- MBA

- Prior hiring experience in BFSI companies is a must

- Not from retail banking background

- Candidates from recruitment agency side are welcome

- Strong communication, sourcing strategy, and closure skills

- Mumbai-based candidates only
