BFSI/Fintech Company looking for Managers in Human Resources Strategic Planning domain based out of Mumbai. Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting): HR Strategic Planning: - Designing HR strategy, 5-year plan in line with company growth strategy. - Auditing current HR processes. - Analyzing and understanding the organizational medium and long-term business plans - Synthesizing the HR vision based on the organization's plans - Developing strategic directions for the HR function - Formulating tactical plans to achieve the strategies - Assist in the preparation of papers, including those for the Board, Sub Committees - Presenting the plans to management for approval - Driving the implementation of the plans and monitoring results - Support Head HR to manage information exchange and ensure effective communication occurs across key stakeholder groups. Applicants should possess the following attributes: - A full time MBA with experience in broad range of human resource domain including Strategic Planning with minimum of 5 years' experience. - Experience in performance management, leadership hiring and manpower planning - Highly self-motivated, directed, and change oriented - In-depth knowledge of global HR developments - Strategic planning expertise - Prior work experience in BFSI sector is preferred - Extensive experience in OD projects, data analytics and manpower budgeting.
