Human Resource Manager - Media
- Seeking a Senior HR Manager with a strong expertise in Recruitment and L&D Practice.
Desired Skillset and Competencies:
- 9+ years of experience in HR management
- Someone with prior experience in Media/ Advertising/ Digital/ startup space is preferred.
- Candidate who has leadership qualities, and can work closely with senior management in developing & implementing policies that largely govern the employees at work.
- Understanding of the business requirements and accordingly formulate HR strategies to ensure employees remain competitive.
- Candidate who understands the importance of change management, patiently be part of the change management, guide employees to a safe transition by providing direction and support.
- Well versed with the required state and central rules & regulations related to work and workplace conditions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to take quick decisions and proactively work to ensure smooth day-to-day operations where employees feel a sense of belongingness, reflecting a safe, comfortable, and growing environment.
Job Description:
- Policies, Rules & Regulations of the organization are still at a nascent stage.
- Review the existing policies and formulate new policies that best suit the working requirements of the organization.
- Create strong processes that ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the system.
- Focus on L&D requirements of the organization, create different strategies for employees at each level.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of an employee from recruitment-onboarding-exit.
- Payroll processing, leave management, employee engagement.
- Connect with potential talent communities across levels and hire them at the right time.
