Manager - Human Resources (8-12 yrs)


We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the complete Human Resources function for a growing, globally integrated manufacturing organization. This role will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development, performance management, employee engagement, and HR digital transformation initiatives across multiple locations in India.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR business partner who can influence stakeholders, build strong employee relationships, and align people strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management :

- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and induction.

- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

- Manage recruitment vendors and ensure effective onboarding of contractual resources.

- Lead succession planning and identify critical talent for future leadership roles.

- Design and implement talent retention and employee development initiatives.

- Drive leadership development and high-potential employee programs.

- Ensure seamless onboarding experiences, employee documentation, and background verification processes.

- Foster strong employee engagement and address employee concerns and grievances in a timely manner.

- Ensure HR processes comply with quality management and organizational standards.

Learning & Development :

- Develop and execute quarterly and annual learning calendars.

- Identify capability gaps and design targeted learning interventions.

- Evaluate and manage external training partners and vendors.

- Roll out customized development programs across functions and employee levels.

- Measure training effectiveness, learning outcomes, and return on investment (ROI).

- Support leadership pipeline development through structured learning initiatives.

Performance Management :

- Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle.

- Coordinate performance review processes and documentation.

- Facilitate performance calibration and normalization discussions with business leaders.

- Drive performance improvement initiatives and employee development plans.

- Support reward, recognition, and merit-based performance programs.

HR Automation & Digital Transformation :

- Drive HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

- Support integration and optimization of HR systems and related business platforms.

- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.

- Conduct user training and support adoption of digital HR solutions.

- Continuously improve HR systems and workflows through technology-enabled solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

- MBA / Master's Degree in HR preferred.

- HR certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience :

- 8 - 10 years of progressive HR experience.

- Strong experience in manufacturing organizations is mandatory.

- Exposure to automotive, steel, engineering, industrial products, or component manufacturing sectors will be highly preferred.

- Experience managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, L&D, and performance management.
