My client, a well reputed law firm in Mumbai is looking to hire an HR Manager for their offices in Mumbai

Position Summary:

- Seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of talent management and organisational development. The ideal candidate will have a people-first mindset, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to align HR strategy with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract culturally aligned and intelligent legal and administrative professionals.

- Streamline the hiring process to ensure efficiency and a seamless candidate experience.

- Oversee the internship program, ensuring it serves as a strong talent pipeline for the firm.

- Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs aligned with business growth and team structures.

2. Talent Retention & Engagement

- Foster a positive and high-performance work culture that reflects the firm's values.

- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, morale, and long-term retention.

- Develop career progression frameworks to ensure clear growth pathways for employees.

- Create and manage systems that encourage continuous feedback, career growth, and professional development.

- Conduct regular feedback sessions, stay interviews, and exit interviews to refine retention strategies.

- Prepare associate reviews, gathering feedback from supervisors and prepare required documents. After completed, analyse the data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement and guide decisions on promotions, training, and overall workforce strategy.

- Employee Well-being & Engagement by introducing and overseeing initiatives that promote mental wellness, work-life balance, and overall job satisfaction.

- Team-Building & Cultural Activities by planning and organizing cultural events, team outings, and employee engagement programs to strengthen workplace relationships.:

3. Strategy & Management

- Align HR strategies with Veritas Legal's growth trajectory, ensuring we scale effectively.

- Optimize team structures and HR policies to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, and internal policies, including legal policies.

- Provide HR insights and analytics to leadership, supporting data-driven decision- making.
