About the Role :
The HR Manager will support the full HR charter for a 1000+ employee Global Capability Centre (GCC) of a leading diversified Indian conglomerate. This role partners directly with the GCC HR Head and is responsible for driving HR operations, governance, people processes, and stakeholder management in a high-governance, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, HRIS, documentation, and exit processes.
- Ensure seamless execution of HR processes with high accuracy and governance standards.
- Drive process hygiene, compliance, and adherence to global and corporate HR policies.
2. Talent & Performance Management:
- Execute annual and mid-year performance cycles for assigned business groups.
- Support talent identification, succession planning, and capability-building programs in partnership with the COEs.
- Facilitate calibration discussions, talent reviews, role movements, and development planning.
3. Employee Engagement & Experience:
- Implement engagement frameworks, pulse surveys, and action planning.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen manager capability, drive culture-building initiatives, and address employee concerns proactively.
4. HR Analytics & Governance:
- Prepare and manage dashboards, HR metrics, MIS, and governance reports for leadership and global counterparts.
- Use data insights to support decision-making and evaluate people initiatives.
- Own audit readiness, documentation standards, and HR compliance.
5. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a point of contact for business leaders, global teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with global HR teams on policies, process rollouts, talent programs, and governance requirements.
- Support org change, workforce transitions, and restructuring initiatives.
6. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement:
- Drive standardization, automation, and process improvement across HR workflows.
- Strengthen operating mechanisms for a large GCC environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Education : Full-time MBA in HR from a Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 institute.
Experience :
- 8-10 years of total HR experience.
- Mandatory experience in a branded organisation or well-established GCC.
- Exposure to managing/supporting 1000+ employees (preferred).
- Strong operational capability with deep understanding of HR processes, governance, and global HR standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-governance GCC environment.
- Must be Mumbai-based or willing to relocate immediately and work from Airoli (full-time office).
