Manager - Human Resources - Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy covering communication channels, grievance redressal mechanisms, and recognition platforms.
- Conduct engagement surveys and pulse checks; analyze results, share insights, and facilitate action planning with stakeholders to drive measurable improvements.
- Define, articulate, and roll out the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to strengthen the employer brand and reinforce organizational culture.
- Conceptualize and implement various engagement and fun activities to create a vibrant work environment
Employee Well-being
- Champion staff welfare initiatives that enhance employee experience and retention.
- Drive employee well-being programmes, including ownership of the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and related mental health and wellness initiatives.
Employee Connect & Communication
- Create format and content for various top-down and bottom up employee communication initiatives
- Arrange for regular Town Halls, Leader Connect, HR Connect sessions
- Standardize various HR communications;
- Create news letters , collaterals to spread awareness on HR policies & practices, etc.
Rewards & Recognition (R&R)
- Implement, and continuously enhance the organizations Reward & Recognition programmes, ensuring alignment with corporate values, performance outcomes, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Digitize and streamline the R&R framework through effective implementation and management of online R&R systems within HRMS platforms.
- Lead facilitation of Long Service Awards employee birthday celebrations and employee milestone recognitions to celebrate achievements.
- Drive innovative recognition programmes linked to organizational initiatives (e.g., innovation challenges, hackathons, and idea-sharing platforms).
Other HR Initiatives
- Contribute to drafting and updating HR policies, guidelines, and frameworks.
- Conduct attrition analysis, provide insights, and recommend/execute retention strategies.
- Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to drive change management initiatives and ensure adoption of new HR processes and policies.
- Lead or support special projects and new HR initiatives as per organizational priorities.

Functional Competencies:
1. Strong domain knowledge in Employee Engagement and Rewards & Recognition.
2. Proficiency in at least one HRMS/HR software platform.

5. Exposure to HR Analytics and data-driven decision making.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse employee groups.
