Manager - Human Resources - Consulting Firm

- Lead and oversee all HR operations for the Bangalore branch.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies for Sales, E-commerce, and BPO roles.

- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, induction, training,

performance reviews, and exits.

- Build strong employee engagement programs and maintain a positive work environment.

- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

- Partner with functional heads to identify HR needs and align initiatives accordingly.

- Drive retention strategies and manage attrition effectively.

- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and HR MIS reporting for the branch.

- Implement learning and development programs to enhance workforce capability.

- Liaise with corporate HR for aligning branch-level practices with organizational goals.
