Manager - HR (C&B) / BFSI / FinTech / Mumbai BFSI/Fintech Company looking for Managers in Human Resources (C&B) domain based out of Mumbai. Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting): C&B: - Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits and support in the C&B process - Manages, leads and develops the C&B Team - Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices - Prepare the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjusting of the budget - Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness - Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values - Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development - Design and develop compensation policies aimed at employee retention and employee welfare - Assess employees needs by conducting surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees - Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs - Managing a board range of compensation and benefits (C&B) programs and operations such as market benchmarking exercise, annual budgeting and allocation, employee benefits; - Managing payroll, taxation and global mobility-related issues to ensure compliance with the legislation of relevant jurisdictions and internal guidelines; - Assisting to formulate and reviewing C&B policies and procedures to ensure all practices comply with regulatory, legal and compliance requirements. - Assisting in liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties for C&B matters. Applicants should possess the following attributes: - A full time MBA with experience in broad range of human resource domains with minimum of 4 years' experience. - Experience in Compensation & Benefits - Extensive experience in Project Management, Analytics, Manpower Management - Exposure to HR analytics will be desirable - MS excel - Good analytical skills
