Description:

HR Manager TA & HR Generalist.

Location: Thane, Mumbai.

Experience: 8 to12 years.

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site.

Company is looking for a mature, hands-on HR leader who can own end-to-end HR responsibilities while continuing to drive quality talent acquisition.

This role is designed for a seasoned HR professional who can act as a trusted partner to the CPO, balance execution with judgment, and build scalable HR processes for a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Own end-to-end hiring across corporate, operations, and leadership roles.

- Partner with business and functional heads on workforce planning and hiring strategy.

- Ensure hiring quality, cultural fit, and timely closures.

- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.

- Track and review hiring metrics, vendor performance, and cost efficiency.

HR Generalist & Operations:

- Own complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, engagement, performance & exits.

- Drive HR policies, SOPs, and process standardization.

- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and HRIS governance.

- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws).

- Act as primary escalation point for employee relations and sensitive HR matters.

Leadership & Strategic Support:

- Act as the CPOs right hand on people matters.

- Provide judgment-based inputs on organization design, role clarity, and workforce structure.

- Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership hiring.

- Drive culture-building and engagement initiatives aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

What Were Looking For:

- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience with strong HR Generalist foundation.

- Proven ability to independently run HR for a business or unit.

- Balanced experience across TA, HR operations, and employee relations.

- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance.

- High maturity, discretion, and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
