Job Description:

Internal Processes and Systems:

- Develop, review and make recommendations on HR policies and procedures.

- Responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle.

- Managing smooth exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees.

- Driving employee experience like timely issuance of accurate appointment letters, offer letters, relieving letters, timely closure of any queries with regards to leaves, Insurance, HR policies, etc.

Payroll:

- Oversee the processing of all salary changes and documentation due to merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and pay adjustments

- Oversee payroll inputs and outputs shared by payroll vendor as per monthly payroll calendar.

Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies

- Manage the filing, storage, and security of all HR related documents for all employees and ensure that information on all employees is up-to-date.

- This is a contractual role via Michael Page and the current need is for 6-8 months.
