Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven HR Operations Manager with 12-17 years of experience to lead our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in leading and managing HR operations teams. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all HR processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service delivery. This role requires strong expertise in HR operations, a passion for team leadership, and the ability to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage all end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR data management.
- Ensure the accurate and timely execution of all HR transactions and services.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, coach, and motivate an HR operations team to drive high performance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Manage a fast-paced environment and ensure the team is aligned with business goals.
Stakeholder & Client Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients in an outsourcing setup, building strong and lasting relationships.
Required Skills
Core Experience:
- 12-17 years of overall experience in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and managing HR operations teams.
HR Operations Expertise:
- Strong understanding of key HR processes, including payroll coordination, benefits, compliance, and data management.
- Proven ability to manage HR service delivery.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and drive performance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in transitioning HR processes or teams, such as shared services setup, client onboarding, or process migrations.
- Prior experience in a client-facing or outsourcing environment.
