
Title : HR Manager
We are hiring a hands-on HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across Head Office and Manufacturing Plant. This role will own the full employee lifecycle including hiring, payroll, compliance, industrial relations, performance management, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning :
- Manage end-to-end hiring across HO & plant
- Drive sourcing, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding
2. Employee Lifecycle Management :
- Handle onboarding, confirmations, documentation, and employee records
3. Payroll & Compliance :
- Oversee monthly payroll, attendance validation, and F&F settlements
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and labour laws
4. Statutory & Legal Compliance :
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure audit readiness
- Liaise with consultants and authorities
5. Factory HR & Industrial Relations :
- Manage plant HR operations and workforce administration
- Handle IR issues, grievances, and contract labour compliance
6. Performance Management :
- Execute PMS cycle, goal setting, and performance reviews
7. Employee Engagement :
Drive engagement initiatives and foster a performance-driven culture
8. HR Policies & Governance :
Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, POSH compliance, and discipline frameworks
9. HR Systems :
Manage HRMS (Spine), attendance, and documentation
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred)
- 6-10 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong exposure to payroll, compliance, and industrial relations
- Experience in both corporate & factory environments preferred
