Manager - Human Resource
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function and drive people-centric strategies that support business objectives.
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring effective recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and talent development.
As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive workplace culture and open communication.
- Administer performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, benchmarking, and salary reviews.
- Lead HR projects such as policy development, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational change management.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors /master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
