
Position: Manager - HR (PMS and Talent Management)
Role Purpose:
We are seeking a driven Manager - HR (PMS & Talent Management) to strengthen Atomberg's talent and performance culture. This role will be responsible for driving organization-wide Performance Management Systems (PMS), Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Talent Development initiatives. The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders to ensure a high-performance culture through effective goal setting, talent assessment, capability development, and people planning processes that support organizational growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end Performance Management Cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual assessments, and final performance discussions.
- Ensure timely execution and governance of PMS processes across functions.
- Partner with business leaders to improve goal quality, alignment, and performance outcomes.
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Drive organization-wide Talent Review and Skill Assessment processes, including Talent Identification and 9-Box Assessments.
- Facilitate discussions around potential, readiness, and critical talent across business functions.
- Develop and monitor Development Action Plans (DAPs) for identified talent pools.
- Support career planning and internal mobility initiatives to strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to build robust succession plans for critical roles.
- Assist in workforce planning exercises by identifying talent gaps and future capability requirements.
- Monitor talent readiness and leadership bench strength across the organization.
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies related to performance and talent management.
- Benchmark industry best practices and recommend enhancements to existing frameworks.
- Ensure process standardization, compliance, and stakeholder awareness.
- Manage HR budgeting exercises and track utilization against approved budgets.
- Develop dashboards and reports for talent, performance, and workforce metrics.
- Leverage HR analytics to drive data-backed people decisions and interventions.
- Support conceptualization and execution of high-impact employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to address capability-building requirements emerging from talent reviews.
- Enable managers through coaching, feedback frameworks, and recognition programs to build high-performing teams.
Must-Have Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- 2-8 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to HR Policy, Budgeting, PMS, and Goal Setting, Talent Management.
- Hands-on experience managing organization-wide goal setting, performance review cycles, and talent review processes.
- Strong understanding of competency frameworks, career architecture, and leadership development practices.
- Experience within consumer durables, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or high-growth organizations will be preferred.
