
Hiring: HR Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end attendance & leave management
- Payroll processing & compliance
- Employee onboarding & documentation
- Managing HRMS/HMIS systems & employee data
- Ensuring smooth HR operations and policy implementation
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Experience in HR Operations (preferably in NBFC/Banking)
- Strong knowledge of HRMS, payroll, attendance & compliance
- Good communication & coordination skills
