
Role & Purpose:
As the HR Operations and Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening HR function by driving operational excellence and supporting the execution of the Company's people agenda. Reporting to the Head HR, you will lead HR Operations & Systems, Employee Relations, and HR Governance while partnering on organization development initiatives including performance management, capability building, organization design, competency frameworks, and HR transformation.

Qualifications:
- MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- 10 - 14 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility for HR Operations or Business HR.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations is preferred.
- Strong exposure to HR Operations, Labour Laws, Employee Relations, HRMS, Performance Management, and HR process improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
