Responsibilities include: - Offering Customer/counseling services to employees - Communicate policies pertaining to benefits, retirals and pensions, Car/Club and insurances, creche facility etc. - Resolving all employee-related issues and queries. - Adhering to regulatory standards. - Maintaining and updating the employee benefits programs. - Liaising between employees and management. Requirements and skills: - Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, or a related job position in the Human Resources department. - Demonstrated knowledge of employment law - Outstanding interpersonal skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong problem-solving ability - Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment. - Ability to work under minimal supervision
