HR Business Partner Manager Key Accountabilities : - HRBP Sales. - Sales HR. - Recruitments. - Onboarding and offboarding. - Employee Engagements. - MIS. - Performance Management. - Assist AGM - HR during the Annual Appraisal Process. - Work with HODs to create KRAs for New Joiners, and all employees for next financial year post conclusion of Appraisals - Any other HR-related roles and responsibilities.
