Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Noida. This role will function as an HR Business Partner, HR Operations specialist, and HR Generalist, providing comprehensive HR support to assigned business units. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, drive performance management, and ensure smooth HR operations. Your contributions will directly impact employee engagement, productivity, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and develop HR strategies that align with those goals.

- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to improve employee performance and achieve business objectives.

- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote best practices.

- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights, and develop recommendations for improvement.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as training and development, compensation and benefits, and diversity and inclusion.

Required Skillset:

Full MBA from Premier Institutes

- Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and develop HR strategies that align with business goals.

- Proven ability to manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

- Strong employee relations skills, with the ability to conduct investigations and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Expertise in performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

- Solid understanding of HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to analyze HR data and develop insights to improve HR programs and practices.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
