
Role Overview:
As a Human Resource Manager - HRBP at our leading hospital in Mumbai, you will be a strategic partner, working closely with department heads and employees to align HR practices with business objectives. Your day-to-day will involve providing comprehensive HR support, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and organizational development. You will collaborate with diverse teams across the hospital, impacting employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness, ultimately contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with department leaders to understand their business goals and develop HR strategies that support their achievement.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement performance management programs that drive employee development and improve organizational performance.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as compensation reviews, benefits administration, and organizational restructuring.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proven expertise in managing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Strong recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Proficiency in performance management, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, demanding healthcare environment in Mumbai.
