About the Role :

Hiring for a FMCG Company for the role Manager - HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders, drive strategic HR initiatives, and manage end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of 500+ employees within the Agri Business division.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.

- Manage workforce planning, organization design and succession planning.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

- Lead the performance management cycle and talent reviews.

- Identify learning needs and coordinate capability development initiatives.

- Drive employee engagement, recognition and culture-building initiatives.

- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution and disciplinary matters.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with HR COEs on payroll, compensation, benefits and HR operations.

- Monitor HR metrics and recommend process improvements.

Candidate Profile :

- Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.

- 4+ years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.

- Experience managing HR for 500+ corporate employees.

- Strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development and HR Operations.

- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry :

- FMCG, Beverages, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Food Processing or Agri Business.

Mandatory Screening Criteria :

- Minimum 4 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.

- Currently working with a reputed FMCG/Manufacturing/Beverages/Consumer Goods organization.

- Handled 500+ employees.

- Good job stability (2-3 years in recent organizations).

- Willing to work from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
