We are seeking a dynamic professional who can drive end-to-end recruitment while also acting as an HR Business Partner to support business leaders in aligning people's practices with organizational goals. The role requires a strong focus on talent acquisition, along with the ability to partner with business teams on HR initiatives such as engagement, retention, and performance management.

Recruitment:

- Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs based on product roadmaps, client deliverables, and growth plan

- Plan & Lead end-to-end hiring across IT Products & Services business lines.

- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and technology-specific roles.

- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.

- Ensure seamless onboarding and smooth transition of new hires into the organization.

- Track and report hiring metrics, ensuring timely and quality closures.

- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking on salaries, benefits, and hiring practices.

HR Business Partnering:

- Work closely with business teams to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives.

- Support performance management, talent reviews, and employee development plans.

- Facilitate employee engagement, retention, and grievance redressal.

- Partner with managers to drive people-related decisions and initiatives.

- Collaborate with HR CoEs (L&D, Compensation, Policies) for program execution.

Education, Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Recruitment & HR, with strong exposure to Quality hirings.

- Proven track record of handling high numbers of hiring and stakeholder management.

- Effective communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

- Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking.

Working Days: Monday to Friday & Work from Office
