Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact HR professional to join our team in Mumbai as a Manager - HRBP & COE. In this dual-focused role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating organizational goals into actionable people strategies while simultaneously driving excellence across Centers of Excellence (COE) functions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, department heads, and cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture. By balancing operational HRBP responsibilities with specialized COE initiatives, you will directly influence employee engagement, talent retention, and organizational agility, ensuring our human capital strategy remains a competitive advantage for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with departmental objectives, ensuring that talent initiatives directly contribute to bottom-line growth and operational efficiency.

- Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle, from goal setting to appraisals, to cultivate a culture of accountability and high performance across the organization.

- Design and implement talent development frameworks that identify high-potential employees and provide them with clear career progression paths to improve long-term retention.

- Manage complex employee relations issues with a focus on conflict resolution and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment that adheres to company values.

- Oversee strategic talent acquisition efforts for critical roles, ensuring that the organization attracts top-tier talent that fits our unique cultural and technical requirements.

- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to support business transformations, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and structures.

- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights to leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making regarding organizational health and talent investment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in HR business partnering, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.

- Strong functional knowledge of performance management and talent development, with the ability to design programs that drive measurable improvements in employee output.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing sensitive employee relations matters with empathy, discretion, and professional maturity.

- Proven track record in change management, with the ability to lead teams through organizational shifts while maintaining high levels of engagement and morale.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex HR data into strategic narratives that inform business decisions.

- Must hold a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute, reflecting a strong academic foundation in organizational behavior and HR strategy.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Mumbai, demonstrating high adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Possess 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a fast-growing organization, with a clear history of taking ownership of HR initiatives from conception to execution.
