2. Drives change and transformation initiatives within the business
3. Manages employee relations, compliance, and performance management processes
4. Supports workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
5. Oversees end-to-end employee lifecycle and engagement initiatives
6. Uses HR analytics and cross-functional collaboration to deliver business impact
