
Job Description:
This is a full-time Manager HRBP role, reporting to the Directors. The role will focus on partnering closely with business leaders, driving people strategies , and strengthening HR operations to support business growth. The position will manage end-to-end HR responsibilities including HR operations, employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business leaders and founders
- Drive HR strategy execution aligned with business goals
- Oversee complete HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, HR MIS, compliance, and policies
- Manage employee lifecycle processes - onboarding to exit
- Lead performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and process discipline in a growing setup
- Use data and Excel-based reporting for decision-making and workforce tracking
Candidate Details:
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7-10 years of overall HR experience, with exposure to mid-sized startups or fast-growing organizations
- Strong HR Operations background would be an advantage.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage demanding founders
- Clear, confident communicator who can influence leadership with logic and data
