Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) who can partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, employee engagement, and workforce planning. This role requires strong exposure to HRIS management, HR analytics, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable HR decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding team needs and aligning HR solutions.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies.
- Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- Facilitate performance management cycles and capability-building programs.
2. HRIS Management
- Oversee HRIS system operations, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, confirmation, payroll inputs, exits).
- Support HR automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with HRIS vendors for enhancements, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
3. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Generate dashboards and reports on attrition, hiring, diversity, performance, and productivity.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends and recommend solutions to business leaders.
- Use data insights to support decision-making in talent planning and organizational improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal & external audit requirements.
4. Talent Management & Development
- Support succession planning, competency mapping, and talent reviews.
- Identify skill gaps and collaborate with L&D teams to design training interventions.
- Partner with managers to build high-performing teams.
5. Policy, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Maintain HR documentation and support audit processes.
- Recommend policy improvements based on business needs and best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HRBP frameworks & employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Workday, Oracle, etc.).
- Proficiency in HR dashboards, Excel, and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with data, create insights, and influence leaders.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
