Manager - HR Analytics - Building Material Division - Conglomerate

We are hiring a Manager HR Analytics for building material division of a leading indian conglomerate based out of Mumbai.

Role Overview :

Looking for a data-driven HR professional with strong analytical capability and exposure to manpower planning, budgeting, dashboards, and HR reporting in structured organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

- HR dashboards and analytics

- Manpower planning and budgeting

- Cost analysis and workforce reporting

- MIS and HR data management

- Attrition, productivity and utilization analysis

- Supporting compensation and rewards projects

- Data visualization and management reporting

Ideal Candidate :

- Full Time MBA HR

- Strong analytical and Excel/dashboarding capability

- Experience working with large HR datasets and reporting tools

- Exposure to structured organizations and business partnering preferred

- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
