Working closely with product, data science, and creative teams, you will bridge the gap between complex financial products and user needs. Your work directly influences our market share and customer lifetime value, ensuring that our platform remains the preferred choice for traders and investors in a highly competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and affiliate networks to scale lead generation and user acquisition.

- Analyze complex data sets to identify friction points in the user journey, implementing A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and lower customer acquisition costs.

- Collaborate with the product team to align marketing messaging with feature releases, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new traders.

- Manage significant marketing budgets with a sharp focus on ROI, providing transparent reporting on campaign performance to senior leadership.

- Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize landing pages and funnel automation, ensuring high-quality lead flow for the sales and advisory teams.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale performance marketing budgets within the fintech or high-growth consumer tech sectors.

- Proven ability to translate complex financial product offerings into compelling, high-converting digital narratives that resonate with diverse investor segments.

- Exceptional analytical rigor, with the ability to derive actionable insights from platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar attribution tools.

- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders across product and engineering teams to prioritize growth-focused features.

- A proactive, self-starting mindset suited for our Bangalore-based office, where you will thrive in a high-energy, collaborative, and fast-evolving environment.

- A degree from a top-tier institute, complemented by a deep understanding of the regulatory and market nuances inherent in the Indian broking industry.
