Global Markets Finance | Trade Expense (Analyst / Associate)

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience: 7 to 10 years in Finance, Global Markets, or Trade Expense Analysis.

Qualification: MBA (Finance) from a Tier-1 B-School, CA, or a Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join the Global Markets Trade Expense team for a leading multinational investment bank. The role involves managing financial reporting, analytics, and expense governance across global regions, with a focus on trade-related costs such as brokerage, clearing, and market data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial analysis, MI reporting (MANAGEMENT REPORTING) , and KPI preparation for business review meetings.

- Conduct trade expense analytics to identify cost drivers, variances, and optimization opportunities.

- Support vendor negotiations through historical expense validation and rate analysis.

- Coordinate with IT and Operations to ensure accurate system and rate card setup.

- Partner with global stakeholders across Business Management, COO, Trading, and Operations teams.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong understanding of Capital Markets products and asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives).

- Expertise in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in trade expense management, financial control, or business management within Global Markets.

- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
