We are hiring for an Associate role supporting a leading global investment banking and markets business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Management Reporting (MI Reporting) and Business Performance Analysis

- Daily, MTD and YTD P&L Reporting

- Revenue Trend Analysis and Business Insights

- Senior Management and Executive Reporting

- Business Advisory and Strategic Analytics

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

- Product Performance Analysis

- Stakeholder Management across Global Markets teams

- UAT Testing and Process Improvements

- MIS Transformation and Automation Initiatives

Mandatory Skills :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Markets Finance, Business Advisory, Management Reporting, Strategy & Analytics

- Strong understanding of Financial Management Reporting and P&L Analytics

- Advanced Excel (mandatory)

- PowerPoint (mandatory)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience working with senior stakeholders

- Exposure to Global Markets / Investment Banking businesses

Preferred :

- Power BI, VBA, Automation Tools

- Experience in Strategy or Business Management functions

- Exposure to AI-enabled reporting and analytics
