Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Franchise Development Manager with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a strong background in end-to-end investor engagement. This role is crucial for our expansion strategy, requiring you to act as a bridge between potential investors and our business.


- You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating with, and successfully onboarding new franchise partners. Your deep business understanding, financial acumen, and exceptional persuasion skills will be key to presenting our franchise opportunity as an attractive and high-return investment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investor Sourcing & Prospecting: Proactively identify and connect with potential investors interested in franchise opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust investor pipeline for targeted regions by leveraging personal networks, referrals, and industry events.

- Pitching & Negotiation: Develop and deliver compelling investor pitches that clearly communicate our business model, ROI potential, and competitive advantages. You will conduct one-on-one meetings, webinars, and presentations to engage and convince potential partners. A key part of your role will be to negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring full compliance with company policies.

- Market & Business Understanding: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and the regulatory aspects of franchising. You will advise investors on critical business decisions, including location selection, market feasibility, and financial projections.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing franchise partners. You will ensure a smooth onboarding process for new investors, providing them with the necessary training and support post-agreement to ensure their success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in franchise development or B2B sales.

- Core Skills: Deep business and financial understanding with a strong ability to present and discuss ROI and business projections.

- Pitching & Negotiation: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills for pitching and negotiating complex agreements.

- Market Acumen: The ability to stay updated on market trends and provide expert advice on market feasibility.

- Location & Travel: Willingness to work in an on-field capacity, with a primary focus on the Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar regions.
