About the Role. A leading luxury hospitality group is hiring a senior Head of Food & Beverage Operations to lead banqueting, and outdoor catering business. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, profitability, and premium guest experiences, with a strong focus on high-value banquets, weddings, and large-scale catering events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Head end-to-end Food & Beverage Operations, with a strong emphasis on Banqueting & Outdoor Catering Business.
- Drive growth, efficiency, and service excellence across banquets, weddings, corporate events, and off-site catering.
- Ensure luxury brand standards across all F&B outlets and catering formats.
- Banqueting & Outdoor Catering Operations.
- Lead planning and execution of large-scale banquets, destination weddings, social functions, and corporate events.
- Manage outdoor catering logistics, manpower deployment, equipment, and service consistency.
- Partner with Sales & Events teams to maximize catering revenue and repeat business.
- Innovate menus, service styles, and event execution to enhance guest experience.
- Quality, Compliance & Guest Experience.
- Ensure highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety (FSSAI compliance).
- Maintain service consistency across indoor banquets and outdoor catering events.
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Strong, hands-on experience in Banqueting & Outdoor Catering Business.
- Proven track record managing large weddings, corporate events, and high-volume catering.
- Experience leading large teams and multi-outlet operations.
