Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Jigsaw Has been mandated to hire for a growth stage Venture Capital Fund in India, looking to onboard a talented Financial planning and analysis professional who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

- Experience in end-to-end FP&A, building excel models.

- Strong in excel, PPT.

- Savvy on automation, Al.

- Well versed with accounting, audit standards.

- Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance analysis.

- Lead the annual budgeting process, develop detailed financial plans, and align budgets with business strategy and organizational goals.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance vs budget/forecast, identify key drivers, and present actionable insights to leadership

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and senior management presentations highlighting financial performance, KPIs, and business trends.

- Track key financial and Business metrics, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.

What we're looking for:

- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (CA/MBA/CFA)

- Strong understanding of Financial analysis and planning

- Exposure of working with startup/ Saas B2B/ VC Fund.

Location: Ashok Nagar, Bangalore

Work Model: 5 Days WFO

Budget: Up to 30 LPA
