Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

- CA / MBA - post qualification relevant at least 5 years of experience in FP&A

- Seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven FP&A Manager with strong financial modeling expertise. This role will play a critical part in driving strategic decision-making through robust financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

- The ideal candidate combines technical modeling excellence with strong business partnering skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

- Assist in long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.

- Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support planning and decision-making

- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and performance analysis.

- Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting packs.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Use root cause analysis and Data storytelling.

- Thorough understanding of Price - Volume analysis.

- Analyze variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods with actionable insights.

- Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.

- Lead short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting

- Conduct deep-dive analysis on revenue, cost, and profitability drivers.

- Lead initiatives to automate reports and presentations using tools like Power BI, Excel etc.
