Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

We are hiring for one of the leading healthcare organizations with a strong global footprint. The FP&A Manager will play a key role in driving the company's financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.

- Develop and manage financial models to support strategic and operational initiatives.

- Conduct variance analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements across functions.

- Ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance.

- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and Excel skills.

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
