Manager - Finance & Accounts - FinTech - CA

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-caliber Finance & Accounts Manager to join our fast-paced Fintech team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our financial operations, overseeing the end-to-end accounting lifecycle and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership and external stakeholders to drive fiscal discipline, optimize cash management, and provide actionable insights that fuel our strategic growth. By maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring seamless regulatory compliance, you will directly influence the company's scalability and long-term financial health in an evolving digital economy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end accounting process, including the preparation of accurate balance sheets and financial statements to ensure transparency for investors and management.

- Lead the statutory audit process by coordinating with external auditors to ensure timely compliance and adherence to regulatory standards.

- Develop and execute comprehensive budgeting and forecasting models to provide leadership with clear visibility into resource allocation and operational efficiency.

- Drive the preparation of detailed MIS reports, translating complex financial data into strategic insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Oversee complex taxation matters, including GST and TDS filings, to mitigate financial risk and ensure the company remains fully compliant with local tax laws.

- Optimize cash management strategies by monitoring liquidity and cash flows, ensuring the business maintains the necessary capital to support its aggressive growth targets.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and accounting standards, with a proven ability to manage complex financial data sets with high precision.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of performing deep-dive financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial narratives to non-finance stakeholders and senior management.

- A Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting principles.

- Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, hybrid work environment, demonstrating the agility to adapt to changing business requirements and tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in modern accounting software and ERP systems, coupled with a proactive approach to automating manual financial processes.
