Role Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) - ERP Sales to drive business growth within the India market.
- The role requires a proven track record in ERP / Enterprise Software solution sales across multiple industries.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, leading consultative sales cycles, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive ERP sales across India, building a strong pipeline of enterprise clients.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in mid-market and large enterprises.
- Engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and position tailored ERP solutions.
- Lead consultative solution-selling engagements and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to ensure successful client acquisition and handover.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated with ERP/Software industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Software / ERP Solution Sales within India.
- Proven success in end-to-end sales cycle management (lead generation to closure).
- Strong network and relationships across industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, BFSI, Logistics, Retail, Pharma, and IT services.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
- Strong communication skills with experience in executive-level presentations.
- Open to domestic travel across India.
