Who you are: - 6 to 8 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably in UAE or GCC - Proven experience in closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles - Strong understanding of financial workflows, accounting processes, or finance-led services - Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills - Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a growth-stage company - Local UAE experience or network is a strong advantage - Ability to scale with a team, build region-specific sales or pre-sales capabilities over time - Enthusiastic about continuous learning, market trends, and evolving customer expectations What will you do: - Own and execute the go-to-market plan for UAE - Generate and close B2B opportunities through a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound follow-ups, and referral-based growth - Build strong relationships with CXOs, finance heads, HR leaders and procurement teams - Use Covoros existing reference clients to open doors and build trust in the UAE market - Lead end-to-end sales process, from discovery, demos, proposal creation to closure - Understand customer business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly - Collaborate with delivery, finance and marketing teams to ensure post-sale success and local alignment - Attend key networking events, conferences, or partner meetings to grow brand presence - Provide feedback from the market to shape pricing, product messaging, and partnership models
