Education : Candidates must be from Tier-1 Communication / Media / Marketing institutes with a Masters degree.
Employer Branding JD :
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Execute employer branding and employee communication strategies across digital and internal platforms.
- Design and manage recruitment marketing campaigns, hiring ads, and social hiring initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
- Create targeted outreach campaigns to strengthen presence within niche and professional talent communities.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to develop employer branding campaigns supporting hiring goals.
- Manage and optimize the career site and employer brand presence across LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Monitor and enhance employer reputation on platforms such as Glassdoor and AmbitionBox.
- Develop communication collaterals promoting the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for candidates and employees.
- Track digital engagement metrics and campaign performance, optimizing content and outreach strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for employer branding and recruitment marketing deliverables.
