Manager - Employee Relations Requirements & Responsibilities: - Bachelor's/Master's Degree - 10 - 12 yrs. of ER or related HR Experience - Good knowledge of Employment / Labour laws - A solutions mindset - The ER team identifies solutions that add value, often beyond what is expected. - Subject matter expertise in performance management and performance management lifecycle - Consultative, coaching, and action planning skills - Experience investigating and addressing misconduct issues - Ability to anticipate issues, problem solve, and implement solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate resource - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to quickly and productively network and establish effective working relationships - Experience leading change initiatives and process improvements a plus - Profiles with Corporate ER exp can apply with ctc drawn and notice period - Those with plant or mfg ER exp need not apply
