Job Title: eCommerce Vendor & Sales Management Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce professional with strong hands-on exposure to Amazon end-customer sales across European marketplaces. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through promotion management, advertising execution, and keyword optimization, while strictly managing advertising and promotion budgets. The position is based in Mauritius and supports European markets remotely, working closely with category managers, sales teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-customer sales growth on Amazon Europe through promotion planning and execution

- Manage Amazon advertising including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display

- Own keyword research, bid management, search visibility, and conversion optimization

- Ensure advertising spend, promotion costs, ROAS, and TACoS remain within targets

- Manage vendor relationships including assortment, launches, inventory availability, and sell-through

- Work closely with category managers and sales teams on pricing, forecasts, and revenue targets

- Track and analyze KPIs such as revenue, margins, traffic, conversion, and vendor SLAs

- Ensure compliance with European marketplace policies, VAT, and regulations

Required Experience:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace roles

- Mandatory hands-on experience managing Amazon Europe marketplaces

- Strong expertise in Amazon advertising, promotions, and keyword management

- Experience working with category managers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
