- We're hiring for a DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) Manager role with a leading FMCG organization.
- This role will be responsible for shaping and driving the organization's DEIB agenda, working closely with business and HR leaders to embed inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle.
- The individual will lead key initiatives spanning diversity hiring, inclusive policies, leadership sensitization, and culture-building interventions.
- The role also involves leveraging data and insights to track progress, partnering with stakeholders to drive accountability, and anchoring strategic programs that enhance representation and belonging across levels.
- We're looking for someone with strong stakeholder management, a structured yet innovative approach, and prior experience in Culture Building, DEIB, HRBP, or talent roles within fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable influencing senior leaders, driving change, and building programs from the ground up.
