About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Digital Media Sales professional who can generate revenue by selling digital advertising solutions to brands, agencies, and partners.
The ideal candidate should have strong relationships in the market, understand digital media ecosystems, and be skilled at pitching ad formats, content-led solutions, influencer integrations, and performance-driven media offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify, acquire, and grow business from brands, agencies, and direct clients.
- Own end-to-end sales cycle-from lead generation, pitching, negotiation to closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
2. Digital Media Pitching:
Pitch solutions including:
- Display ads
- Video ads
- Branded content
- Influencer marketing
- Social media solutions
- Performance marketing solutions
- Programmatic / Native advertising
- Customize media plans according to client goals (branding, engagement, conversions).
3. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with media planners, brand teams, CMOs, and digital agencies.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Handle client queries, campaign coordination, and post-sale feedback.
4. Market Research & Strategy:
- Identify new business opportunities, industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.
